Situated along Jalan Dato Sagor, this food court is conveniently located near significant landmarks such as the Birch Memorial Clock Tower, the Perak State Mosque and the Ipoh Railway Station, making it an ideal stop for both tourists and locals exploring the city's rich heritage.

The food court, managed by the Ipoh City Council, underwent a significant renovation completed in 2015 at a cost of RM3.1 million, enhancing its facilities to better serve visitors. Now home to 28 stalls, Dato' Sagor Square Food Court offers a diverse array of halal-certified Malaysian dishes. Signature offerings include the renowned 'roti telur goyang'a soft-boiled egg atop toasted bread and "roti titab", which combines coconut jam with a half-boiled egg on toast. Other popular dishes feature mee rebus, nasi ayam berempah, nasi goreng cendawan and nasi kukus.

Operating daily from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, the food court provides a clean and spacious environment with ample seating and parking, accommodating the steady flow of patrons throughout the day. Its proximity to historical sites and the central location make it a convenient dining choice for those exploring Ipoh's cultural landmarks.
